How do I pair my Apple Watch?

Install AirPunch on your iPhone, then open the companion app on your Apple Watch. On the iPhone, go to Settings → Apple Watch and tap Connect. The status bar shows a mint dot and “Watch” when you're linked.

If detection feels off, keep the Watch snug on your wrist and make sure Wrist Detection is on in the Watch app.

What is AP and what does it unlock?

AP (Air Points) is the in-game currency. You earn it by training moves and completing challenges, and you spend it to unlock tougher moves — The Twister, X Block, X Charge — and prestige Final Moves like The Crane.

You can also top up AP with in-app purchases if you'd rather skip the grind.

Why does AirPunch need Apple Health access?

Move detection uses workout, heart-rate and motion signals to tell when you really punch. This is processed on your device; we only sync your scores and progress. You can grant or revoke access in iOS Settings → Privacy → Health.

I lost my day streak — can I get it back?

Streaks reset if you miss a day of activity. We can't restore a broken streak, but your level, AP and unlocked moves are always safe. Set a daily reminder in Settings to keep the streak alive.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple ID, then go to Settings → Account → Restore purchases. Your AP packs and unlocks are tied to your Apple ID and will sync back.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your profile and associated data. See our privacy policy for what's kept to meet legal obligations.
