01 Who we are
AirPunch is built and operated by Konsole Games GmbH (Berlin, Germany), funded by Medienboard Berlin-Brandenburg. We are the controller responsible for the personal data processed in the app. For company details see our Imprint.
02 What we collect
- Account — your username (e.g. REDSPARROW_01) and the email or Apple ID you sign in with.
- Training activity — moves practised and mastered, AP balance, level, day streaks, challenge scores and multipliers.
- Health & motion — workout, heart-rate and motion data used to detect your punches, read from Apple Health and the Apple Watch only with your permission.
- Device & diagnostics — device model, OS version and crash/performance logs that help us keep the app stable.
- Purchases — records of AP packs you buy, processed by Apple. We never see or store your card details.
03 Apple Health & on-device detection
Move detection runs on your device. Health and motion samples are processed locally to score your punches; we only sync the results needed to track your progress (scores, streaks, mastery). We never sell Health data or use it for advertising, in line with Apple's HealthKit rules. You can revoke access any time in iOS Settings → Privacy → Health.
04 How we use your data
- Run the game — track your level, AP, streaks and unlocks.
- Detect and score moves, and power challenges.
- Maintain and improve the app, and fix crashes.
- Process in-app purchases and provide support.
We rely on the contract to provide the app, your consent (Health access), and our legitimate interest in a stable, secure product as the legal bases under the GDPR.
05 Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers acting on our instructions — Apple (App Store, iCloud, payments) and our hosting and analytics providers — and where required by law. Any provider is bound by a data-processing agreement.
06 Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to certain processing. You can delete your account and associated data at any time in the app under Settings → Account. To exercise any right, contact us below.
07 Retention & security
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and only as long as needed afterwards to meet legal obligations. Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to staff who need it.
08 Children
AirPunch is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data; if you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
