How AirPunch handles your training activity and your Apple Health data — in plain language.

Last updated · 7 August 2026

01 Who we are

AirPunch is built and operated by Konsole Game Labs GmbH (Berlin, Germany), funded by Medienboard Berlin-Brandenburg (Innovative Audiovisuelle Inhalte, 2021). We are the controller responsible for the personal data processed in the app. For company details see our Imprint.

02 What we collect

You do not need an account to play AirPunch. There is no sign-up, and we never ask you for your name, email address or Apple ID to use the game.

03 Apple Health & on-device detection

Move detection runs on your device. Health and motion samples are processed locally to score your punches; we only sync the results needed to track your progress (scores, streaks, mastery). We never sell Health data or use it for advertising, in line with Apple's HealthKit rules. You can revoke access any time in iOS Settings → Privacy → Health.

04 How we use your data

Under the GDPR we rely on your consent for Apple Health access, and on our legitimate interest in running the game you installed and keeping it stable and secure. In-app purchases are processed to fulfil the purchase you made.

05 Sharing

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising. We share it only with service providers acting on our instructions, and where required by law:

Every provider is bound by a data-processing agreement. Where a provider processes data outside the EU (Apple and Google in the United States), the transfer is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

06 Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and you can object to certain processing. Because the game has no account, the fastest way to erase everything we hold is to delete the app — your progress lives on your device and against a device identifier we cannot trace back to you. If you want us to delete the server-side records too, email hello@konsole.games with your gamer tag and we will remove them.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority, for us the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

07 Retention & security

Progress data is kept while the game is in use and for up to 24 months after the last activity, then deleted. Crash reports are kept for 90 days. Recordings made by our internal testers are kept for as long as we train the move-detection model on them. Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to the people who need it.

08 Changes & contact

We will post any material changes here and update the date above. Questions about your privacy? Email hello@konsole.games or write to Konsole Game Labs GmbH at the address in our Imprint.
